This is a graphic glitch, I believe the weapons are still there you can't see them. Aslo, don't bother equipping the armor -- it doesn't work at all. ;)

Personally, I disagree with the loot per IP thing. I see no reason to punish players that are playing 6 from one IP. And this is, in effect, what you are doing. I like the promise of the zone :D I went in as group on level 3 difficulty 10. Tried it with my 6 box (pal/clr/shm/mage/ber/bard) mage pet. I was able to clear the bottom section. Hits were around 25-35k max without mitigation on Brindial ~54k and 6550 ac un-buffed. Hits were really inconsistent tho...

Hot Dog! This rocks. I spent forever in Karnors on live when it first came out :D How many here used to zone into Karnor's to immediately die to a train that had been dragged to the zone /wave
